Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Condition of returned products
For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Products whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to return

1. Email info@peptidi-mk.com or call +389 76 555 444 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the products you want to return.
2. We will arrange the courier pickup. Return shipping is free.
3. Hand over the products within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds
After we receive and check the returned products, we refund the full amount within 14 days. Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you provide.

Defective or wrong products
If you received a defective, damaged or wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace it or give you a full refund at no cost, whether or not it has been opened.
