2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on peptidi-mk.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We deliver only in North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo & Albania.

3. Account and ordering
You need a customer account to place an order. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

4. Products
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Product images are illustrative, and packaging may vary slightly.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. Payment is made in cash on delivery, to the courier.

6. Delivery
Delivery is free and handled by Kargo Ekspres, usually within 1-2 business days. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as described on the Returns & Refunds page.

8. Complaints
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@peptidi-mk.com, with your order number and photos. We will replace the product or refund you at no cost.

9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of products or failure to follow the usage instructions on the label.

10. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent court in North Macedonia has jurisdiction.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
